PLEASE NOTE: This will be our final Tack Room Tack Swap. We will be going in a new direction next year for this event.
BUYERS & SELLERS WANTED!
WE ARE ONLY ACCEPTING ITEMS ON THE FOLLOWING DATES: Monday - Saturday 10:00am to 3:00pm beginning on 5/1/23 and ending 5/18/23. Appointments required for sellers with 20+ items.
We will be accepting gently used consignment items for our annual Tack Swap. You do not have to be present on the day of the sale to consign items!

YES, we will be accepting rider apparel and accessories again.
Consignment Fees:
25% for Cash
10% for In-Store Credit
UPDATED Drop off Rules

SELLERS MUST price and tag all their own items.

All sellers must bring a list of their items with detailed descriptions.

ANY sellers dropping off more than 20 items MUST make an appointment!

No items may be dropped off without being checked in with Tack Room Staff

NO Helmets, riding, or safety apparel will be accepted

All Apparel, equipment, and tack must be in good, working condition and CLEAN

No broken, damaged or items with missing parts will be accepted

All items subject to Tack Room Staff Approval

NO Cracked Leather Goods
Pick Up Rules

All items must be picked up NO later than Saturday, June 3 by 4:30 pm

All items that are not picked up within this time period will be donated to a local horse rescue.

Customer MUST pick up all earnings from the sale IN PERSON

The Tack Room is not liable for any lost, broken, or stolen items.

Unsold items that are not claimed will be donated to a local horse rescue.
